Three Types of Protein in Every Treat
Say hello to healthier skin, coat, and muscles! Treat’Em are made from 80% fresh, steam cooked meat for a protein rich treat.
Poultry is a fantastic source of lean protein. It contains lots of amino acids that help grow and repair muscle tissue and keep dogs’ immune systems functioning. Duck is full of Omega-3 fatty acids to boost dogs’ brain, hearts, and vitamin and mineral absorption. Turkey is highly nutritious, filled with iron, zinc, potassium, phosphorous, and B vitamins.
Fish is an excellent protein source too. It’s perfect if your dog is allergic to chicken! The fish in Treat’Em are all low-mercury species. They’re rich in Omega-3 fatty acids to help your dog’s immune system, skin, and coat. Omega-3 can also help manage inflammation in older dogs and ease their stiff joints! Salmon and Trout are both rich in nutrients like potassium and vitamin D, while Whitefish is low calorie but still packed with B vitamins.
High in Fibre for Doggy Digestion
Sweet Potato and Potato are both great sources of fibre for your dog. Fibre helps their digestive system function better. This can lower their risk of heart disease and cancer.
Potato is rich in vitamins C and B6, as well as iron and magnesium. Some dog owners worry about dog treats with potato – aren’t carbs bad for your dog? Actually, carbs can be good for your dog. As part of a balanced diet your dog’s body can break down carbs for energy even easier than proteins!
Sweet Potato is also low in fat and vitamin rich, with vitamins A, B6, and C. It also provides your dog with calcium, potassium, and iron.
Feed your dog Treat’Em Crunchy Kibble responsibly at any time as part of a balanced diet. Ensure your dog has access to clean, fresh water at all times.
