We aim to have all items sent to us sharpened and returned within 24-48 hours of receipt. If you need your items back sooner, please contact us and we'll always do our best to meet your needs.
Of course! Just ring the bell to speak to one of our friendly members of staff. If you'd like us to sharpen while you wait, please call ahead first to check our availability. We can usually accommodate walk-ins, but you may need to return later in the day or the next to collect your items.
